E296: How to Age Gracefully with Special Guest Roy Holman

 

E296 Introduction

Aging gracefully and vibrant health is something that I have highly valued my whole life, really. I have watched as the so called “authorities” have put out dubious information about just about everything: our diets, how we exercise, our supplementation, our spiritual and emotional approach to our lives and our health.

It seems the dominant narrative is one where we are always surrendering our sovereignty. The mainstream, consensus mindset is to just try and do the best you can and, if things seem to go wrong or not feel good, go get on a pharmaceutical product. If that doesn’t work or creates new problems or side-effects, go back and get another.

I would imagine this simplified illustration is why so many Americans are on 5-10-15 or more medications. A person can lose track of what is what not to mention lose faith in their own bodies ability to find a healthy baseline. It’s like we are not even giving or God-given bodies a chance to find vibrant health, are you following me?

I have always found that being healthy is a life-long project. One of tinkering with all sorts of modalities, teachers, food, and supplements to find what is optimal for ME. That is one of the important pieces. What works well for someone else may not work well for you. You have to try things out and notice how you feel. Over and over again as you go.

Today’s interview is with my dear friend Roy Holman. He is a man that I deeply respect and admire and he takes a similar approach as a sort of health scientist.

E289: Informing Humanity w Special Guest Dr. Chris Shoemaker MD

 

E289 Introduction

I was texting back and forth with an old friend of mine. A woman who is a conservative and she recently married a wonderful man who happens to be a slightly left-leaning centrist. She exclaimed that he has been red-pilled. When I asked what and how? She explained to me that he still doesn‘t like Donald Trump but he agrees with all almost all of his policies. And then she said something that I am seeing more and more of. She said that he is really mad about the Covid vaccines. Hmm. Yes, this seems to be the great red-pill that is being processed right now. Or at least one of them.

Why is that? Well, we have a few years under our belt and the cascade of damning evidence and data from the vaccine makers themselves like Pfizer and Moderna is confirming everyone’s greatest fear. The shots were not what they claimed them to be. Far from it.

It seems that everyone knows people that are suffering under some terrible health condition or another following the 2nd or 3rd or 4th or 5th Covid booster. And to further illustrate the point, the unvaccinated are clearly doing much better than the vaccinated. The data also shows that as well and in overwhelming numbers.

I am not doing these post-Covid episodes as a ha-ha-ha to anyone or to rub your noses in anything. I just want to put the nail in the coffin of any blind trust we might put in the future in the so-called “authorities” like the deeply corrupt and psychopathic doctor Anthony Fauci or Bill Gates or Big Pharma captured doctors or organizations with the WHO.

We all want informed consent. Meaning if you are going to do a clinical trial on all of us, show us how it has been tested and let all doctors weigh in on it, not just the doctors who are working for Big Pharma or Globalist health orgs with eugenicist agendas. Give us the truth, let us hear the authentic pros and cons, and we can all decide for ourselves and our families. Wink wink.

I really enjoyed today’s guest, a long-time medical doctor who was punished for speaking the truth. We’ll go over some staggering numbers from Pfizer’s own data and see how it all fits together for you. If the vast majority of us can come to a sort of agreement on what just happened, then God willing, we can avoid more terrible health choices for our kids and grandkids. E129: Restoring Our Health and Sanity with Special Guest Dr. Jeannette Daneals

 

E129 Introduction

I have been extremely fortunate. My whole life really. To continually have people around me who inspire me and live from their deepest purpose. In fact, it seems the only people in my inner circle these days are these mission-driven, courageous people.

When I was young, I only had one or two people who carried this torch for me. I think this is true for many of us. One person showed us some gnosis or inner truth that would be the spark for the flame we would create and honor. My inner circle has changed drastically the past two years as destiny would have it. As I grew in my awareness and inner knowing, so my constellation changed. Gone is the old Tony and his old group of friends. To be replaced by, you guessed it, a new version of myself. This is something we have talked about on many episodes. Your Hero‘s Journey molding you for the next chapters of your story and OUR story and your role in it.

I can feel the mythic dimensions of what is happening speaking to me. And I long to do episodes with myth front and center. I think you all know how much I love doing those episodes. There is just one problem. I don’t know what the mythic dimension wants from me right now! If you saw all the books around me with myth broadly as the theme, you would chuckle. I can’t yet find the next through line, but I will.

Today, I have the pleasure of doing an episode with a courageous woman that I know. A badass and hero whom I have a great deal of respect for. We talk about navigating the minefield of the MSM narrative and how we can all flex our sovereignty in the area of health, no matter what our choices have been up till now. E40 Introduction

One of our sub-topics here on Basecamp is health and wellness for men. Many men I know are rethinking health, self-care, and diet. It used to be that men didn’t give these things too much thought. It was actually considered unmanly to speak of taking better care of yourself, of getting proper rest, of having a body that is flexible and feeling, of eating better food. Athletes would consider these because they are more tuned into how they feel. However, everyday men would often skip over these important topics.

With the release of the pro-plant based diet documentary The Game Changers, men are starting to have serious conversations about diet. Especially the pros and cons of a plant-based diet. And I am committed to continue to co-create the narrative with you on men and self-care here on Basecamp for Men.
