E136: Rezac v Marx

E136 Introduction

“Never let your enemies educate your children.”

Malcolm X

As promised, today is the follow up to last weeks episode with the always insightful Mark Jackson. I had a funny moment as I was titling last weeks episode. I always try and come up with a short, catchy title. Sometimes the titles come right away and sometimes I am sitting there on Tuesday morning with only the title left, looking for the missing piece of the puzzle.

And when I do controversial episodes or at least episodes where Big Tech will block, censor, or shadow ban my work, I look for workarounds. Can I title it something that the bots won’t recognize, etc, etc.

As I was looking for a title last week and thinking these thoughts, I concluded with “Fuck these guys and their censorship, I am going to title it Punching Karl Marx!” My original thought was “Punching that fat hairy bastard Karl Marx repeatedly in his anti-humanist, anti-American face!”  However, the writer in me, who values concise, succinct titles, would’t green light it. So Punching Karl Marx it is…..that hairy anti-humanist.

You know that game where you ask other men, if you could fight any man, dead or alive, who would it be? For me, it‘s not even close. I would love to kick the living crap out of Karl Marx for all the misery and death he has caused my human tribe. Just a couple of rounds please! I know that is not very enlightened of me. I‘m not advocating violence, just having a bit of fun at Marx’s expense. It‘s just the more I read about Marx and his ideas, the more the Warrior in me is ready to defend the children.

Today‘s episode is a Firestarter solo episode but I hope it acts as a primer into how Marxism is impacting our government run education system. Indeed our collective education system. I have borrowed heavily from The Epoch Times great book How the Specter of Communism is Ruling Our World. I don‘t think they will mind and I will leave reference to it at the end.

My hope is parents of young children will roll up their sleeves and find a better option for their kids. If only a few of you do this, then this episode served its purpose.

E135: Punching Karl Marx with Special Guest Mark Jackson

E135 Introduction

Well, I am back and refreshed after a week down on the Gulf side of Florida. Sun, sand, water, and lots of good food. I highly recommend a visit to the Gulf side of Florida if you have not been.

This week I have the pleasure of interviewing Mark Jackson, a man who I count as one of my best friends for the past 20 years. We have been through initiations together and supported one another on our respective Hero’s Journeys. I have sat with him over countless coffees and laughs around Manhattan to discuss the deeper issues and challenges that we face as men.

When I first became friends with Mark, we were both die hard liberals. Everything seemed fine back then. But communism and Marxism was shape shifting and moving along the American cultural landscape and both Mark and I started to sense something darker and sinister unfolding here in our own country.

This episode is really the first part of a primer on Marxism and America. Not as a scholarly expression. Neither Mark or myself feel qualified for such a deep dive. The episode is meant to show how two friends see what is becoming an obvious threat to our nation and its principles.

The next episode I do will be an exploration of American Marxism and its impact on our education system. Something I have an active interest in. Yes, the content is dark and heavy. But I believe it is necessary to warn you, my dear listeners. Particularly if you have young children.

Anyways, here is my friend Mark Jackson and I. Two men talking around the campfire, so to speak. I hope you enjoy it.

Mark Jackson Bio

Mark Jackson is the senior film critic of the Epoch Times whose film reviews can be found on Rotten Tomatoes and Flickster. He has been a professional actor for 25 years and is the official radio and television voice of the world touring Chinese classical dance show Shin Yun. He is also the narrator of the audiobook How the Specter of Communism is Ruling Our World. Here is my interview with Mark Jackson.

E135 Final Thoughts

I hope you enjoyed my conversation with Mark as much as I did. The audiobook and books are titled “How the Specter of Communism is Ruling Our World” from the Epoch Times and the editorial board of “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”. These writers are absolute experts and authorities on all things communist and Marx and how it is impacting us and threatening our future.

You can find the book at www.theepochtimes.com and go to their store at Epoch Shop. Go get yourself educated. It may change how you approach things like who you vote for or where you send your child to school. All food for thought.

E134: We Need BOTH the Masculine and Feminine Perspectives with Lisa and Tony Rezac

E134 Introduction

There are so many things unfolding right now. It can make your head spin. The Truth movement is really gathering momentum. A quickening. People are waking up all over the nation and the world. You can see abundant evidence even if you live in one of the woke enclaves like I do.

Sometimes I am not sure what I will do an episode about. Of the many topics that I cover, certainly a sort of metanarrative about how WE THE PEOPLE are doing would be near the top, wouldn’t it? How is YOUR awakening going? Feeling in the dark about what we are talking about? That is fine, you’re coming along. Pissed off at the corruption and lies in the media? Good! You should be and your awakening is in full bloom. Is your radar for truth seem to be getting sharper and more trust-worthy? Ahh, now I know things are going to get really interesting for you.

Today’s guest is a regular and she always makes good radio. She’s also been at my side for the past 27 years or so. Enjoy!

Lisa Rezac Bio

My guest today is the beautiful, always insightful Lisa Rezac. Lisa is a fundraising auctioneer and the new Regional Field Director for the Washington State Republican party. Here is my interview with Lisa Rezac.

E133 Final Thoughts

I hope you enjoyed listening in on the conversation in the Rezac household. We will be stepping away for a week to go recharge and get some sunshine and celebrate Easter. So no episode next week. We will resume our journey together on April 26th. I am really looking forward to the conversations we will be having.

E133: Our Joy is Our Strength with Special Guest Walkyria Whitlock

E133 Introduction

I have grown to love how organically my episode’s arrive. Guests can seem to come out of thin air, popping up to have a conversation with me just as I am starting to get a bit anxious about how do I make my next one.

I am excited about the direction of the show. I can see where humanity is heading. The Hero’s path is lit before us. We are resourced for this journey. I know the conversation that I want to have. I can almost sense their form in the imaginal realm. Can you sense it as well? It is whispering to us.

My guest today arrived in this synchronistic fashion. A charming young women who I now see as a fellow seeker. Our conversation reminded me about something important. That our joy and sense of innocence and wonder are part of our gifts. The Divine LOVES that through this whole spiritual war that we have been a part of, we can still laugh and play and express tremendous joy and gratitude!

It’s incredible isn’t it. Humanity is truly astounding. We show our strength in many ways- our resilience and heart, our love and commitment, our deep loyalty to one another. And our Warrior spirit. All are undeniable.

But one aspect of strength that doesn’t often get mentioned is our capacity for joy and play. This dance with the Divine. For isn’t play and joy a sure sign of our faith- in God, in the Divine plan, in one another, and our own place in this emerging story.

If we can carry all the spiritual Warriors gifts AND not give up our child-like innocence and joy, what can’t we do together?

Thank you for riding shotgun with me. I have enjoyed our conversation and your insights on this incredible journey that we have all been on together.

Walkyria Whitlock Bio

My guest today is Walkyria Whitlock. Walkeria is an author, yoga teacher, and a young woman who has followed her dreams, travelling to over 29 different countries. Her personal mission is to bring more joy to the world through the practice of gratitude. Here is my interview with Walkyria Whitlock.

E133 Final Thoughts-

I hope you enjoyed our time with Walkyria Whitlock. I love what she said about being action-oriented. That even when you are trying to figure out the direction or the next chapters of your life, be in action around things. I think this is really good advice for all sorts of people who are working through feeling stuck.

And her expression of joy being a sort of “thank you” for your life is great. I plan on using this very reminder myself as I also love to express joy and play in its many forms. E132: Healing and the Big C with Special Guest Federico Vallin

E132 Introduction

This episode is dedicated to my dear departed friend Sjon Delmore. You are missed and thought about more than you know.

As a writer and someone who has a deep interest in how we use words and language to create transformation, I am always interested when I see someone who takes metaphysical principles and applies them to an area of life that I haven’t yet seen before. The topic of cancer is one such area. With all my reading and studying in the metaphysical and spiritual traditions, I have yet to see anyone really take a unique and powerful approach to cancer.

Up until today’s conversation, I have viewed cancer as many of you probably do: as an extremely unfortunate fate that could befall any of us at anytime. And if a friend got diagnosed with a cancer (up until now), I didn’t really have any resources for them. As evidence, I watched my dear friend Sjon pass away two years ago and sat with him through chemo. I felt helpless and frustrated that I didn‘t have another option to point him to.

Cancer is in everyone’s circle, is it not? Everyone knows someone who has had or who passed away from the big C. It is the cloud that lurks behind every suspicious lump, every test that the doctor says we want to do another. It lurks behind every bioposy and colonoscopy and breast exam. There is such an air of fear around it.

What would do if you received a cancer diagnosis from your doctor? Most would say, dig in, fight, do your chemo and your radiation. Pray and hope for the best. This is mainstream medicines best option and has been the de facto approach for damn near everyone. And this approach hasn’t seemed to changed much or evolved over the years and decades, has it?

Without really being aware of it, I was always looking for a different approach. One I could point people towards as an alternative. Many people have and will find themselves with cancer in the coming years. It will be part of their Hero’s Journey. Most will take the tried-and-true path and I understand that.

Mainstream medicine does save some who have cancer. But I have long wondered why the numbers weren‘t very good. Could there be other approaches out there that we don’t know about or haven’t discovered yet? Not necessarily to replace the orthodox approach but to add to our toolbox as an option. My guest today is someone who has developed one such approach and I am excited to have a conversation with him and for you to listen in.
