E213: Second Chance w Special Guest Dr. Ken Harris

E213 Introduction

Hello Basecampers, we‘re getting season six rolling now. Looking forward we have a number of interesting interviews coming up. I will be talking with patriot entrepreneur Gerard White and the courageous, truth telling nurse Jodi O’Malley. I have one coming up with men‘s leader Vicenzo Falone. I also have a 911 truther episode coming up with architect and structural engineer Richard Gage. And we are still plugging away at the SSP episode, which will be the first solo episode of the season, set to air sometime in Feb or March, depending on the flow.

2024 will be an epic year for America. I think everyone can sense it. Hopefully here at Basecamp, we can do our part to provide you with resources for this year and beyond. I continue to be drawn to people (like my guest today) who can help us navigate with our humanity intact. For our unifying sense of humanity as ONE TRIBE is the thing that lifts us beyond the division and the thing the Globalists fear the most.

Enjoy the interview.

E212: Radical Unschooling with Special Guest Dayna Martin

E212 Introduction

Hello Basecampers, I hope you are all doing well. We are back up and running the start of Season Six and man, what a year 2024 is going to be. Can you sense the excitement, tension, anxiety, anticipation in the air? It is like EVERYONE knows that shit is going to hit the fan this year. It’s like watching a giant, global chess match between fairly evenly matched opposing forces.

I took my family down to Phoenix before Christmas to attend Turning Point USA‘s America Fest. It was incredibly inspiring. The lineup had a “who’s who” of great Conservative and Libertarian speakers. Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk, Steve Bannon, Donald Trump Jr., Candace Owens, Vivek Ramaswamy, Kari Lake, James O’Keefe, as well as people that I had just become aware of like NBA star Jonathan Isaac and North Korean escapee Yeonmi Park. The narrative was uplifting. The vibe was one of inspired courage and commitment at this crossroad in our nation’s destiny.

I highly recommend attending this for anyone looking to get plugged in. One of the most inspiring things was seeing all the young people (college and even high school kids) in the audience. Our future. These young adults are strong in their values and know that we live in the greatest country in the world. They aren’t buying all this Marxist woke nonsense. And they can articulate all the reasons why. It gave me a sense of hope to see a generation behind me with such strong values and faith. These young people are unshakeable.

Another thing that stuck with me about America Fest was how Charlie Kirk said that 2024 would be the year he planned on working the hardest he has ever worked to help save the country he loves. Think about that. This is one of the hardest working Conservatives I know of. Bannon said more or less the same thing.

The message was loud and clear. We have incredible people on our side but the restoration of America is up to each and every one of us. We all have a role to play. 2024 will not be a year of complacency. It is a year of summoning your courage, finding your voice, and getting out of your comfort zone. We need good people to counter the onslaught of AI-driven fear and division.

Today’s guest is someone I was so pleased to meet and get to know. She is the author of a couple of books we’ll talk about. And she exemplifies the American spirit: smart, a good critical thinker, with a healthy dose of American rebel. Remember Basecampers, if the rebellious streak that runs through our DNA, that great American anti-authoritarian rebel spirit leaves the gene pool, how on earth will we summon courage for what we will face? For the rebel spirit and courage go hand in hand.

Let’s have a 2024 worthy of our American lineage and one that where we can all stand tall (no matter our political leanings), knowing we were in the fight to save our great country.

Let’s get to our first interview of Season Six. It’s a good one. Enjoy!

E211: Season Five Finale

E211 Introduction

Well Basecampers, we have come to the end of Season Five. I hope you enjoyed the content the past 11 months. It was a good season, from where I’ve been sitting. I hope we provided some tools for your Hero’s Journey as well as fresh perspectives on everything that is going on.

I will be taking a few weeks off to enjoy the Christmas season with family and friends. Recharge for the new year and Season Six. We will be back with fresh episodes and a new season on either Jan 9th or Jan 16th, depending on the flow.

2024 is set to be an epic year for humanity. I think no matter what your views are on what is happening, most everyone can agree that there seems to be some very big things brewing.

Will there even be a 2024 Presidential election? I personally don’t think there will but you never know. Trump is poised for a return. What will that look like? Will the broader public start to get a handle on Devolution or Bitcoin? We will soon find out.

I was thinking about the next season and what I want to assist humanity with. One of the insights in the past few years that I would like to expand on is this idea of how we grow our capacity for Truth. We have been so conditioned to avoid it, haven‘t we. Stay comfortable, don‘t look or express uncomfortable truths, don’t rock the boat. What that leaves us with is a deep denial of what is happening and a particular form of naïveté. Many of the so called “normies” and I’m not calling you that, still seem to think that the gov‘t, or Big Pharma, or the WEF, or Bill Gates, etc etc would NEVER lie to you. It’s like holding onto your belief in Santa Claus, except your 50 fuckin’ years old now and call anyone that calls out the Santa scam a big ole Conspiracy Theorist.

Hopefully whatever is to come in 2024, Basecamp will help you skillfully navigate it. Our perspective will likely be the polar opposite of what you are hearing in MSM on damn near everything and that’s ok. My goal is to have you fine-tune your radar so you know what is going on. That you aren‘t part of the crowd that is so easily fooled by shiny TV lights and so called “experts” telling you what you need to know and what you need to do. We don’t need them anymore. It’s doubtful we ever did.

Today we have a Basecamp Classic for you. A good way to finish our season. It is all the way back at the beginning of Season Three with an episode titled The Quest for the Soul that I did with the great author Anne Baring. I remember being particularly proud of the episode as it seemed to set the tone for season three and Anne and I got along fabulously.

I would like to thank you for listening to the show and supporting us in whatever way you are able to: monthly and one-time donations, positive reviews on Apple Podcasts, and just sharing the show with the people that are in your lives. I appreciate the vote of confidence. And lastly, from my family to yours, I would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and may God keep you safe and the Light of the son Jesus Christ light the way on your Hero’s Journey. Enjoy.

E210: The Two Jordan Firestarter

E210 Introduction

Hello Basecampers, we are coming down the finish line towards the end of Season five. I hope you have enjoyed the episodes this year. I will be doing today’s solo episode and we will finish with a few words and a Basecamp Classic on Dec. 5th.

I am sorry to report that the Secret Space Program episode is being bumped until early Season 6. It will likely be one of the first 3 or 4 episodes of next season, which has an arrival date of sometime in Feb. I know I promised the Space episode this season but I got railroaded with Shingles that really brought a halt to my ability to do research and write. Also, this is a serious topic and it will be new to many of you. I want to find the right sorts of inputs so that it will make a positive impact for you. Right now, that material is not ready to go.

Today, we have some memes, and then some short pieces by both Jordan Sather and Jordan Peterson. I guess I could have called this one the Two Jordan Firestarter. Hmm. Enjoy the episode.

E208: Our Cities- A Naomi Wolf Reading

E208 Introduction

I have been a city dweller my whole life. A sophisticated urbanite, as they say. Living in both Seattle, then NYC for 10 years, and now back to Seattle to raise our family. I have LOVED the cities that I have been a part of. The culture, the humanity, the diversity, the human connection, the art and the food, the street scene, and yes, even the edge. The occasional violence and crime that come across your radar.

All of these have been part of my whole adult life. And there seems to be a common sentiment among many city dwellers these days. They can‘t wait to get out. Things are fraying in our great cities and it is in plain daylight for all of us to see. The violence, the mental health crisis, the crime, the homelessness, the hopelessness. Our cities seem lost don‘t they? Can we recover them?

The following is a reading of an article by the great writer Naomi Wolf. I will give you resources on where to find her at the end. Naomi is a former liberal writer, best-selling author, and thought leader and celebrity. She has famously been a walkaway from the left as the woke Marxist agenda started to alert her that something else was going on and perhaps she was being played. I know exactly how she feels.

Here I am acting as a simply voice-over, speaking Naomi‘s elegant words. I hope she doesn‘t mind that I pay tribute to her and her ideas this way. Enjoy!
