E133: Our Joy is Our Strength with Special Guest Walkyria Whitlock

E133 Introduction

I have grown to love how organically my episode’s arrive. Guests can seem to come out of thin air, popping up to have a conversation with me just as I am starting to get a bit anxious about how do I make my next one.

I am excited about the direction of the show. I can see where humanity is heading. The Hero’s path is lit before us. We are resourced for this journey. I know the conversation that I want to have. I can almost sense their form in the imaginal realm. Can you sense it as well? It is whispering to us.

My guest today arrived in this synchronistic fashion. A charming young women who I now see as a fellow seeker. Our conversation reminded me about something important. That our joy and sense of innocence and wonder are part of our gifts. The Divine LOVES that through this whole spiritual war that we have been a part of, we can still laugh and play and express tremendous joy and gratitude!

It’s incredible isn’t it. Humanity is truly astounding. We show our strength in many ways- our resilience and heart, our love and commitment, our deep loyalty to one another. And our Warrior spirit. All are undeniable.

But one aspect of strength that doesn’t often get mentioned is our capacity for joy and play. This dance with the Divine. For isn’t play and joy a sure sign of our faith- in God, in the Divine plan, in one another, and our own place in this emerging story.

If we can carry all the spiritual Warriors gifts AND not give up our child-like innocence and joy, what can’t we do together?

Thank you for riding shotgun with me. I have enjoyed our conversation and your insights on this incredible journey that we have all been on together.

Walkyria Whitlock Bio

My guest today is Walkyria Whitlock. Walkeria is an author, yoga teacher, and a young woman who has followed her dreams, travelling to over 29 different countries. Her personal mission is to bring more joy to the world through the practice of gratitude. Here is my interview with Walkyria Whitlock.

E133 Final Thoughts-

I hope you enjoyed our time with Walkyria Whitlock. I love what she said about being action-oriented. That even when you are trying to figure out the direction or the next chapters of your life, be in action around things. I think this is really good advice for all sorts of people who are working through feeling stuck.

And her expression of joy being a sort of “thank you” for your life is great. I plan on using this very reminder myself as I also love to express joy and play in its many forms. To find Walkyria’s book “I love What I’ve Forgotten” or her meditation instruction for schools, go to www.walkyriawhitlock.com

E131: My Favorite F-Word   E131 Introduction This episode is dedicated to all who love freedom in all of its glorious colors. And a special thank you to Jason Hoyt who writes beautifully about civics….

E130: Tony Rezac and the Hero’s Journey

E130 Introduction-

I was recently on Eric Zimmer’s excellent pod called The One You Feed. I highly recommend subscribing, if you have the bandwidth for another show. Eric is an excellent interviewer of his guests and is comfortable to hang out with, which is a necessary super-power amongst podcasters.

He was gracious enough to send me over the interview audio file so I could turn it into a Basecamp episode. Which is what I did here.

I love being in these sorts of conversations. Deep, authentic, humorous at times. I love talking to people that are willing to cut through the small talk and get down to what is really going on.

In this hour, we talk about my 2014 book Body and Soul: The Essential Handbook for Men. We also cover the challenges that men face, male archetypes and how they show up or not show up in our lives. And we talk a bit about my Life Renewal Program for Men, which I offer as an ongoing program.

Here is me on the other side of the conversation, so to speak, on The One You Feed with Eric Zimmer. I hope you enjoy it.

E129: Restoring Our Health and Sanity with Special Guest Dr. Jeannette Daneals

E129 Introduction

I have been extremely fortunate. My whole life really. To continually have people around me who inspire me and live from their deepest purpose. In fact, it seems the only people in my inner circle these days are these mission-driven, courageous people.

When I was young, I only had one or two people who carried this torch for me. I think this is true for many of us. One person showed us some gnosis or inner truth that would be the spark for the flame we would create and honor. My inner circle has changed drastically the past two years as destiny would have it. As I grew in my awareness and inner knowing, so my constellation changed. Gone is the old Tony and his old group of friends. To be replaced by, you guessed it, a new version of myself. This is something we have talked about on many episodes. Your Hero‘s Journey molding you for the next chapters of your story and OUR story and your role in it.

I can feel the mythic dimensions of what is happening speaking to me. And I long to do episodes with myth front and center. I think you all know how much I love doing those episodes. There is just one problem. I don’t know what the mythic dimension wants from me right now! If you saw all the books around me with myth broadly as the theme, you would chuckle. I can’t yet find the next through line, but I will.

Today, I have the pleasure of doing an episode with a courageous woman that I know. A badass and hero whom I have a great deal of respect for. We talk about navigating the minefield of the MSM narrative and how we can all flex our sovereignty in the area of health, no matter what our choices have been up till now. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.

Dr. Jeannette Daneals Bio

My guest today is naturopathic doctor Jeannette Daneals. Jeanette is a healer, teacher, and one of those people that positively impacts all of the people that come to her for insights and resources.

She says in her bio that “There are times in which, as a naturopathic physician, I am confronted by the system’s resistance. But I have hope nonetheless as I can see an awakening in the general populace for deeper, meaningful healing. It inspires me to continue to show up and do the work that I know we are all here to do and that is to grow and be the best versions of ourselves both physically and spiritually.”

Here is my interview with Dr. Jeannette Daneals.

E129 Final Thoughts

I hope you enjoyed my conversation with Dr. D, as she is affectionately known as. To participate in her hand analysis reach out to her and let her know at drdaneals@gmail.com . I am going to be grabbing a spot for a reading as it sounds really interesting to me.

And she sent me an email in the 11th hour mentioning that we got side-tracked a bit and didn’t give the listeners specific recommendations for detox from the jab.

Here are 10 recommendations from Dr. D:

  1. Vitamin C in lyposomal form
  2. Buffered vitamin C
  3. NAC
  4. Nebulizer Hydrogen peroxide
  5. Vitamin D3
  6. Zinc
  7. Sweat!!!! Sauna etc
  8. Good sleep
  9. Hugs, dance and laugh
  10. IV Detox Supreme at the Tummy Temple (Seattle)

For those in the Seattle area, the Tummy Temple remains an oasis of health and wisdom. You can find Dr. D there helping with health, both physically and spiritually.

For those in other areas, a simple Google search of naturopathic doctors in your area will give you a short list of people that can assist you on optimizing your health, no matter what your choice has been on the Big Pharma shots.

E128: Growing Our Sovereignty with Special Guest Christian Elliot

E128 Introduction

The topic of sovereignty has been moved into the center for me and many others. It seems the little things that we do and learn in the coming weeks and months might be the difference between thriving and living in fear in our not-so-distant future. Are we heading for a societal and financial collapse? One that is violent and freaks everyone out? I hope not.

I hope the transition to the new paradigm is gradual and one that each one of us can integrate. But when you are talking about entrenched systems of power and control (Central Banking, centralized food and supply distribution, centralized education), not to mention technology and its invasive application into our lives and minds, a gradual transition would not be my prediction. It will happen in a rapid destruction and I believe we are already seeing it.

With all that being said, I want any systems that have enslaved us to be deconstructed. We all have money in the banks but that does not mean Central Banking is a friend to you and I. Quite the contrary as only a bit of basic research will reveal to you.

Do I consider myself a prepper? No. But I, like any responsible father, am doing my research, learning new skills, and making adjustments.   My conversation today with my guest is part of my offering to you. I hope you will join me in educating yourself and your loved ones on the principles and tools of sovereignty. I believe it is the sanest and most empowering road for us.

One little piece of news before we get to our interview, I see Go Fund Me took 10 million dollars that were donated to the Canadian truckers who are marching for freedom of choice and redistributed it to more “woke” causes. Are you kidding me? So if you don‘t agree with them philosophically, they will steal your money and give it to someone else? I missed that part on their website. This is something that should concern anyone, no matter their political orientation. What if your group was championing an environmental or climate change cause and Go Fund Me took the money and gave it to the NRA because they thought that was better use?

Personally, I will no longer donate to any cause that asks for my money using Go Fund Me. And yes, I am not above taking pleasure in their downward spiral and ultimate failure. Who wouldn’t? Hey Go Fund Me, here is something really obvious. When people trust you to broker donations to the causes THEY choose, they don’t want it stolen from them. Just a little FYI. Oh, and news travels fast when your business does something unethical. But you are already finding that out, aren’t you?

Christian Elliot Bio-

Christian Elliot is a husband, father of five, and a certified personal trainer, health coach, and nutrition expert. He has a Masters of Divinity and since 2003 has logged over 15,000 hours of one-on-one coaching. He and his wife Nina run TRUE Whole Human, a high-touch, personal-coaching practice where they help clients radically transform their health and keep it that way. Here is my interview with Christian Elliot.

E128 Final Thoughts-

I hope you all enjoyed our talk with Christian Elliot. I am going to be participating in his upcoming Sovereignty program and I recommend you to do the same. I’m looking over the modules and it is tempting for me to do the Health and Healing module first as you know Christian and Nina will have great content. I see they are including material on fasting and how to protect yourself and your family from EMF pollution. Really important and relevant information.

But another module, Food Fundamentals, also looks really relevant to me. As someone who has been a life-long urbanite and who grocery shops for his food, this is an obvious area to grow my autonomy outside of any central control. If you outsource important areas like food, health, safety, then what do you do when those that you outsource this to change the terms of the agreement? What do we do in a supply line freeze?
