E221: The Wisdom of Optimism with Special Guest

Noel Rudhe

E221 Introduction

What a year 2024 is shaping up to be! We seem to be in some sort of epic transition who’s outcome is uncertain and it feels like we are getting close to a tipping point, doesn’t it? We seem to be in a sort of high risk/high reward proposition right now that will impact us for decades to come. Are we up for it? I hope so.

To each listener, I will challenge you with this: make this the year that we each wake up to the best of our ability. For those that already know what is going on, how do we include those just arriving at truths that we knew months or years ago? How do we welcome newcomers into the pro-humanity movement without making them feel inferior? For those on the left who are sensing that shit just doesn’t make sense, can you come over to Telegram and find some new inputs that seem to fill in parts of the map that you have been missing? Or podcasts that fill in some of the blanks. No judgment here as to where you are at on your Hero’s Journey.

For all of the kind-hearted humans out there, and we make up the vast majority of humans here (no matter what they say about us). Can we see the tension and division that the Globalists are trying to create? Talking endlessly about this group and that group, hoping to distract and separate us. A classic Marxist ploy that they are betting you don’t figure out until its too late and America is lost.

My guest today is a friend and fellow humanist and optimist. I will tell you, when shit really hits the fan, it’s the intelligent, free thinking optimists that have a huge advantage. Why? Because seeing a bright future and humanity thriving in our next chapters creates possibilities that don‘t exist in the doom and gloom view of our future. Sure, WE THE PEOPLE have enemies and they don’t seem to value us very much. So what. We have too much going for us to throw away the transformative tools that will naturally help to bring us through.

My guest today is a wise friend who I have been wanting to have on for quite some time. Let‘s go sit around the fire with her. Enjoy!

E220: Growing Our Courage with Special Guest

Cliff Buenavista

E220 Introduction

Today was a fun interview for me. Why? Because it is with an very old friend of mine. Someone who I used to sit at the pub with and talk philosophy, existentialism, God and Spirit, along with more mundane topics like who was better the Seahawks or the 49ers.

You know how fond I am of the Hero’s Journey (both individually and collectively). Not all my old drinking buddies have taken a particularly courageous path. No judgment. Just like we mention in this interview, many will be called, most will stay back in the Shire, to use a Lord of the Rings reference. Without a clear picture of the battle or even what is at stake. But the more heroic will answer the call and do whatever they can to assist humanity. These are the times we live in.

One of the questions to ask is this: Who do we need to be as men in these times? What is our most courageous path? What do I need to do in my next chapter? What does humanity and God need from me next?

My guest today is an old friend who has answered the call. What a blessing it is to know these Warriors and I am fortunate to talk to more and more of them on this show. I like to give the vibe in these discussions as two friends sitting around the fire talking about what is REALLY going on. And it is easy when you have known each other as long as I have know my guest today. Enjoy!

Cliff Buenavista Bio

My guest today is my good friend Cliff Buenavista. Cliff is a Christian, a husband and father of 2 children and is a project manager at Nvidia. Cliff has maintained his sobriety for nearly 4 years, a true Hero’s Journey. Here is my interview with Cliff Buenavista.

E217: The 911 Red Pill w Special Guest Richard Gage

E217 Introduction

For many in the truther movement, 911 was the first of many red-pills. For some of us, the events of 911 looked “off” as in we could detect a grand deception of some sorts. But much of is was gut instinct and intuition. That is until the archetects and structural engineers started to analyze the date. Then their findings confirmed what the citizen journalist truthers had known all along: the official 911 narrative was a sham. A story that the Deep State desperately needed you to believe as they invaded Iraq for non-existent “weapons of mass destruction” remember that? And then went on to pass unconstitutional legislature such as the Patriot Act to spy on, surveil, search without cause, and strip Americans of their God-given rights in the name of “safety”. My question after all these years is who is keeping WE THE PEOPLE safe from these psychopaths? Hmm.

I rarely talk about 911. Not because it‘s controversial, I hardly think of it that way anymore. Because for me it is so obvious! But also we have all sorts of other deception going on right now that 911 seems a long time ago, doesn’t it? However, it still carries an AK-47 capacity to red pill whoever dares to look at the evidence with curiosity, discernment, common sense, and an ability to let go of any strong conditioning about our so-called leaders.

If you go into your investigations with anything close to a Zen Mind, Beginners Mind, I guarantee you will arrive at the exact same conclusions that we came to. Its about as obvious as 3rd grade math.

I have always wanted to do a proper episode on 911 as it was one of my important but many red-pill moments and events that make me who I am today. I hope you enjoy the episode!

Richard Gage Bio-

My guest today is San Francisco Bay area architect Richard Gage, AIA, member of the American Institute of Architects and founder & former  CEO of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth. E216: WE THE COURAGEOUS w Special Guest Jodi O’Malley

E216 Introduction

You saw some feisty Americans during the Covid episode. What looked like a giant social engineering experiment to see how many weak-minded people would comply and turn on their neighbors had the Libertarians in the crowd forming a resistance. What did we resist? Tyranny for one. The top-down centrally-controlled Great Reset, aka the Globalist agenda.

The widespread compliance was shocking to me and I took great comfort in realizing that Seattle is more obedient to so-called authority than almost every other place in the US. That is right. The city that gave you the rebel yell of Kurt Cobain and countless other post-punk rockers has become….well, a meek, obedient, vanilla tech city, quick to comply and slow to ask any real questions. It turns out, Seattle lacks balls. Imagine my surprise.

I keep coming back to courage as a cornerstone and I believe this will define us (one way or the other) in 2024. Courage is contagious. That is one thing I have found both in myself and in the others I have worked with and witnessed over time. My guest today exemplifies and embodies this quality. And for Americans, it‘s important to remember that courage is in our DNA. Every time you think and act courageously, you harken back the spirit of our ancestors. The ones who risked their lives and livelihood to resisted tyranny and set an example for freedom-loving humans all over the world.

The Globalists have their utterly predictable playbook going. Yawn. They will use Marxist techniques masquerading as “woke” to try and divide us-transgender, race, rich/poor,victim/perpetrator. And distract, distract, disctract to keep WE THE PEOPLE from figuring out that we are reaching a tipping point in this war. It cannot be described any other way, no matter your spiritual or political or sexual orientation.

No matter what you take into this year, let us agree that each and every one of us being the most courageous and authentic version of ourselves will serve God and our precious American Republic more than anything else I can think of. Enjoy the interview but first a word from our sponsor.

E209: Learning Our Way to Better Health with Special Guest

Lisa Rezac

E209 Introduction

Today’s episode is a health and lifestyle episode with my wife and life partner Lisa. She is an extremely intuitive person, both in terms of her own situation but those around her. I am the beneficiary of her intuition as she will often pinpoint something that is not quite in my awareness. Or she will affirm an insight I am already having about my health as she did in this episode we will share with you today.

If you have a TV and watch it semi-regularly, you can’t miss it. The non-stop advertisements (in prime time) for all sorts of Pharma products with every name imaginable. Humira, Keytruda, Gardisil, Skyrizi, Ozempic, the list goes on and on. All the names sound sort of the same, don‘t they?

As many of you know, I have been recovering from Shingles the past 6 weeks or so. It’s been tough but here I am, grateful for my health after a harrowing brush with the drugs that were prescribed for me.

People were quick to tell me “I bet you wish you had the vaccine now”  or “I bet you won’t miss the next Shingles vaccine!” People that tell me that miss the larger point. My stand is to have the optimal health for my body, mind, and spirit and FOR ME the best way to do that is to avoid all pharmaceutical products as much as I can. As in damn near always. I compare it to someone who loves hiking and being out in nature. If that person rolls their ankle and needs to be in an ankle wrap for a month, do you really think that person will never go out and enjoy nature again? Life happens. When it does, I for one don’t feel like I need to cave on all my principles. And I learned a lot from having shingles.. Optimal health, I have found out over 30 years, is ALL ABOUT LEARNING.

My heart goes out to all of those who struggle to feel good and have found themselves on a bunch of these products. Man, I was on just ONE for a month and it scared the shit out of me. I just wasn’t myself as you will hear me talk about with Lisa.

I am not giving medical advise. But human to human, I can share with you that being on lots of these products scares the shit out of me. I know from experience that you can build a health team that has a traditional MD as PART of the team. But you might also have a naturopathic doctor, a chiropractor, a nutritionist, a good bodyworker, maybe a colonic hydrotherapist and a acupuncturist, maybe a yoga teacher of a somatic movement teacher. There are tons of resources to help you reframe and optimize your health. It takes a bit of time and money and a certain trial and error to find the right combination that is uniquely suited to you. But it is kind of fun to try all those things and DAMN, the health and vitality that are yours are absolutely PRICELESS. Enjoy the episode.
