E33: Public Safety is for Everyone with Special Guest WA State Representative Candidate Michelle Bennett
E33 Introduction
I so very much enjoyed our time with today’s guest, State Representative candidate Michelle Bennett. Of all the people running for office, you will not a candidate with more expertise on something that is on everyone’s mind: public safety. This woman has the bonafides, as you’ll hear in her bio and the interview.
In short, she is an extremely well-qualified leader to represent us in LD5.
We talk about all sorts of things today: how the police have been hamstrung from even common sense approaches to public safety, the frustration of polarization of the red and blue to the point where we can’t even talk to one another, and the policies that have left Seattle as city that people no longer feel safe in. And what we can do about it.
Let’s get a word from our sponsor and introduce our guest. Enjoy the episode !
