E322: Circling Love with Special Guest Noel Rudhe

E322 Introduction

One of the things you may have noticed over the years is how much I love to interview friends of mine. As much as I pride myself as a good interviewer of guests that I just meet a few minutes before showtime, there is an intimacy and ease that comes when I really know my guest.

Such is the case with today’s guest. A friend of mine who just wrote a book! It is called Circling Love and is a deep, funny, authentic inquiry into the question of what is love? Today we cover such topics as: why you don‘t have to like someone to love them, why are we so often kind to the world and unkind to ourselves, and, for those that had traumatic upbringings….does this sharpen our ability to love more than hinder it?

We cover all this and more in this far-ranging conversation. On to our sponsor and then to our excellent guest. Enjoy the interview.
